Prices are per room per night and inclusive of VAT. The Sky Tree House does not provide the standard of comfort as the luxury tents or cottages and is therefore recommendable for the adventurous travellers. Children aged 3-12 years pay 50% of the adult rate when sharing a tent/cottage with two adults. Children under 3 years are provided with a baby cot OR can share with parents. Christmas supplement of 15% is applicable for the dates 24-25-26-31 December and 1 January. Entrance fees for Kibale Forest National Park are not included.  

Bookings and Cancellations policy:

1. No bookings may be re-assigned except with written acceptance of the booking office.
2. The management reserves the right to release rooms on non-arrival of guests after 06.00 pm unless prior notification is received of planned late arrival.
3. Full payment is required at least 35 days before the date of accommodation from clients who do not have credit facilities with Primate Lodge Kibale. The booking office reserves the right to cancel bookings not paid for within this period.
4. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. The following cancellation charges apply to reservations at Primate Lodge Kibale: 
             Within 30 days notice: no charge
             25-29 days prior to arrival: 10% charge
             24-10 days prior to arrival: 25% charge 
             9-2 days prior to arrival: 65% charge
             48 hours or less prior to arrival: full charge

We accept payment by VISA creditcard, bank transfer and cash.
